Still working on developing a habit of writing a SHORT journal entry in my first Five-Year Journal (IDK why I just capitalized that).
I suppose I need a new (nightly? or???) routine that incorporates doing it. And/or to actually commit to it/one I’ve already kind of got, but … revised.
But today … I did it. This evening. At my desk. Before bed.
Looking forward to seeing how well I’ve established the habit five years from now, and just changed (for the better, I hope) and grown by then.
Five years is a good chunk of time to allow for goal-meeting and change, I think. Better than one year or ten years.
